Buffalo Computer Graphics (BCG) offers free lifetime phone and e-mail support for our radar and communication simulation products.  In addition, we also offer a six-month warranty on software only purchaes or a one-year warranty on software and hardware purchased from BCG.  With regards to training, BCG offers onsite training for the products or equipment purchased during the installation process.
