INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (ICS) FORMS MODULE

DisasterLAN's Incident Command System (ICS) Forms are updated regularly to match recent FEMA mandated form versions. If necessary, multiple forms of the same type can be created for the same operational period. For example, multiple ICS 202 forms can be created if needed. DisasterLAN also supports security groups for ICS forms in order to limit who can view the completed forms. This is often used to allow multiple facilities or agencies to create their own secured Hospital ICS Forms. Default templates can be created for all forms. This allows organizations that have information that does not change from incident to incident to fill out basic information and have it be availible automatically for new incidents. Forms can also be cloned to speed up data entry.
