INCIDENT CONTACTS MODULE

The Incident Contacts module is designed to replace a phone tree or white board with the names, titles, and contact numbers for important players in an exercise or incident. Incident Contacts displays names, organizations, titles, addresses, phone numbers, and emails. The list can be populated either by selecting records from the DisasterLAN phonebook or by entering a new contact record. Typically the names and numbers for command staff and field units are listed here for quick reference as not every end-user has access to Phonebook records. Contact records can also be set as a "Default Incident Contact" so that they automatically populate the list in the Incident Contacts module.
