PREPLANNING MODULE

DisasterLAN's Preplaning module consists of three parts:

• Phonebook is a contacts management tool that stores personnel and organization records. All records have multi-layered security so that the entire records can be secured or individual fields such as phone numbers can be secured. Contacts can be reported upon for proper security and validation checking. Contacts also tie in with DisasterLAN's Communications Center module and Mass Notification tool.
• Printed Phonebooks can be created from contact records and printed or converted to PDF. Printed Phonebooks are security aware so that agency users can create their own but only with contact records that have access to see.
• Resources can be added to Organization records to establish suppliers and stockpile numbers. resources can be automatically matched to Call Center Ticket Manager tickets requesting or donating resources.
