The Coast Guard Engineering Center (C2CEN) in Portsmouth, VA has contracted Buffalo Computer Graphics to supply new simulation software in support of their Blue Force Track (BFT) capabilities. The new BCG software will be used to evaluate and test the Blue Force Track (BFT) capabilities to be introduced to the CG fleet. The package will provide for encrypted message exchange with both real shipboard radios and CG designed BFT software. The BFT effort is an extension of BCG's ongoing AIS work with the USCG.
